Objective - Playing at a high level, meaning we must play simple fast and intense we want to see every player today committed to the objective of playing as one and moving as one. Today we will review a few set plays as well as walk through the zones of the field. We are preparing for war on Thursday Night.

4v4+3 Rondo
we will play a 4v4 rondo with 3 neutral players Every time a team loses the ball they go from a team of 7 to a team of 4 and must counter press and attempt to win the ball back.
We will play 5 minute reps and switch the neutrals after each rep.
Objective - To understand how to find passing lanes, to understand how to counter press and win the ball back.

8v8 build out game & offensive possession
Objective - we will be working on 2 phases of play in this activity. One team is working on building out while the other is working on attacking the final third and looking to control possession in the opposing teams offensive half.
The GK is on the build out teams and he is in a safe zone inside his own a box in side the penalty box. he must use feet.
Set up -
Formation - (3-4-3) Attacking half and defensive half so its a 1-3-4 vs a 1-4-3
In one half of the field on the half way line place 3 gates that the build out team will need to dribble through to score. Then create an end zone on the other end of the pitch. (Use football end zone)
Progression -
1 - After players have completed first rep (5 mins) now the attacking team can shot on goal once they have complete 1 additional pass in the end zone.
2- Both teams bust play 2 touch.
3- attacking team must pass into the end zone and out of the end zone and then they can shot on goal.

Short Corner - (Brazil)
Our skilled dribblers will be the corner takers for this. This is creating a 2v1 off a corner looking to draw defenders out to create a shot or a service.

Kick Off set play -
We want to chip the ball behind or infront of the outside back. As soon as the ball goes back we must have 6 to 7 players pressing up the field and either winning the ball or pressing and causing a turn over. We want to build up then in our opponents half
