Organization:
- 2 grids,10 y x 15 y, separated by 10 y.
- Counter goals facing the middle zone at each of the inner corners of both boxes.
Instructions:
- Each box has one team of players, each with a ball, and each numbered 1-#.
- Players dribble around the box and try to dribble between pairs of other players. On coach's command, teams race to switch boxes. First team with everyone in gets a point.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Head up to recognize space
- Ronaldo touches to break lines and to escape the box
- 1v1 moves
Regressions/Progressions:
(P) Instead of coach's command, teams take turns choosing when the race start
(P) Call out a number instead of go, that many players now attack the other box. The remainder of players defend the other side. Defending players can score on counter goals.
(R) Call out one color, that team tries to score, the other team tries to stop them

- 6v6+1
- Puggs set up as bigger goals
Instructions:
- 6v6+1, in wide channels only 1v1 allowed.
- Players can switch & move in and out of wide areas at will.
- Goal scored/assisted from 1v1 in wide areas worth 3 points.
- Goal scored from central area worth 1 point.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- How quickly can we get ball wide and go 1v1?
- When 1v1 in wide channel, can we beat defender?
- How can we use a move (feint, roll-step, stop-start) to unbalance defender?
- Small touches or big touches?
- Or should we pass centrally to a teammate?

Intro.
Organization:
- 30x20 or adjust.
- 1 less # of Gates than players.
- Each player with a ball.
Instructions:
- 75 seconds to dribble through as many gates as you can.
- 1pt per gate, but only if you complete a move: feint/double feint, roll-step, or stop-start
- 2pts every time you dribble from one end-zone to the opposite.
- Use different surfaces of foot: inside, outside, laces, sole.
- If your ball goes out of bounds/touches another ball, reset pt. total to 0.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- What kind of touch do we want to use in small spaces?
- What kind of touch do we want to use in big spaces?
- How can we avoid running into other players / balls?
Regressions/Progressions:
- P1 - Add defender.
