Small sided Activity (15min) Defensive principles
A plays to B. Attack/Defend 3 small goals

Cp's- Communicate, Scan area around you,
Attack ball, Planted foot-hips and shoulders facing your target,
proper pace on the pass, pass and accelerate (to simulate providing support after pass).

Coach plays ball to either side.
CPs: Communicate when to press (all three OP). If High Press is beaten, must recover quickly. Encourage creative play by attackers to beat the high press (get to space behind defenders).

Conditioned Game
Players play a normal game 3v3 (2v2 if numbers dont allow). Whatever half the ball goes out of bounds (or a goal) this will start a new wave of players coming on i.e. if the red team score, the 3 blue players would exit the field and the new 3 blue players would come on. The same would happen if a ball went out of bounds in that specific half. Play 5 minutes keeping score for 1 point a goal.

Instructions:
- Regular rules
- 3 rounds x 6 min games
- Different rules each round: all players across half to score, 3+ passes, 2 touch, unlimited, combination before shot, one reset pass before shot etc..

- if team in defense wins possession in their attacking half and score = 2 points
