The objective of this session for the soccer camp, is to familiarize the players with the foundation of soccer, by applying the four pillars of soccer, with a progression to play 1x1, 2x1, 2x2, where the principles of attacking and defending will be explained.

PHASE 2 - TAKING ALL IN - 20 MIN.
Organization
Area of 30 x 15 yrds, 3 groups of four soccer players divided into three areas of 20 x 15 at the end zones and, 10 x 15 at the middle zone. Add two extra players on each outside areas to work as a bumpers, they will rotate every 3 minutes
Color vests, soccer balls, cones.
Description
Upon the coach serving the ball, as soon the first player touch the ball the game is alive, 2 players from the middle zone will defend the attackers to prevent transition to the opposing zone, upon success with the transition they will have 1 point, if the defenders intercept it, the defenders will get 2 points.( Defenders and attackers are able to use the outside players to facilitate the transition), defender upon regain possesion must play the ball back to the middle zone.
Once the ball is in the middle zone, the coach will serve another ball to the opposing team, and two other defenders will defend the opposing team with the intention to regain possession and bring the ball back. ( whoever gave the ball away(turnover) rotate with hte outside player.

PHASE 3 - 4X4 + 4 - 20 MIN.
Organization
In an area 30 x 20 yrds, the groups of 4 players,
2 pug goals, color vests, soccer balls
Description
Regular game 4 x 4 plus 4 outside players working as bumper, 3 minutes rotate the teams. Must points win

PHASE 1 - THE CARROUCEL DRILL - 20 MIN
Organization
In an area of 40 x 40 splits into four squares of 20 x 20
Soccer balls, 16 players maximum
Two manequins
two pug goals, color vests
DESCRIPTION
Divide the group into groups of four players accordingly to their age
At gride 1 they will perform a variety of passing and receiving drills, changing the drills every 3 minutes, and making the drills rotations after every 3 minutes
Water break in between the drills transition.
At grid 2 They will perform a variety of dribbling skills as well, facing the manequin, dribbling at speed towards the manequin, as soon the approach the manequin they need to perform a dribble.
At grid 3 They will perform Ball mastery
At grid 4 They will play 1 x 1 going to 2 x 1 progressing to 2 x 2
