Technical Warm up: 10 minutes
Each group will work at 1 minute intervals (1:1 Work to rest). Each player must jog into square, accelerate out.

Structure:
Width of 18 x 30 yards. GKS on each side. Outside players in 2 separate lines with balls. Same set up on opposite side. Each side will alternate with the same combinations.
Zones: 3 and 4
Training load: moderate to high
Play into Space: outside channel, 1/2 space
Strategy:
Outside players start with the ball. Create a combination with the high MF player. High MF plays low MFL player who plays opposite side into space. Outside players can play across to finish.
Key Factors: Quick combinations to move the ball fast. Keep ball moving smoothly before moving quickly. Players off the ball need to get into space quickly. Be creative with runs into space.
Tactics:
1) When HMF receives ball, Opposite outside player needs to get into space quickly. Reading cue of pass to high
2) Low MF player must open into space to receive, then play wide on ground or in air
3) HMF player and wide outside player need to get into Zone 4
Progressions:
Play combination into outside channel then cross
Play combination into outside channel then shoot
Play combination into 1/2 space channel then cross
Play combination into 1/2 space channel then shoot

Structure:
Full half of indoor field. Balls at GK. Opposite side has 2-3 small nets. Attackers start in 2 lines but can progress to 3 lines.
Zones: 1 and 2
Training load: moderate to high
Strategy:
GK to serve balls to any Attacker. Attacking team to build possession, looking to score on GK.Defenders are looking to Delay time and space and win ball, looking to score on any of the 3 nets.
Key Factors:
Defending in Pairs and as unit. Looking to cut off path towards net. Speed and angle of approach. Constant communication. Looking to delay the attack with Pressure, cover, balance
Looking to cur off the space quickly. Pressing on cues= bad pass, while ball is moving or in air.
Tactics:
1) When outside attacker receives ball, DF should have already Pressed and cut of space towards goal. 2nd defender to Balance space in central channel.
2) As ball is switched to opposite side, DEF must pivot and the 2nd DEF now becomes 1st DEF
3) DEF must coordinate movements with each other.
In Possession: DEF and GK looking to play 3v2 quickly to play ball into nets(representing penetrating passes into space)
Progressions:
Add an extra player for defending team(CDM) - Creating a triangle in middle
Add 3rd line of attackers
Limit touches of attacking team to score.
