25w x 30L with a four yard zone in the middle of the grid and small goals on each end line.

5v5 +2 Floaters

To start coach playes to either team in which must pass into square before scoring.

Playing out of the Back in Zones 1/2 in a 5v4 POP

To start the phase the ball gets over hot into GKs hands. From there look to play out from the GK playing through the Zones. Reds dribble through gates to score, if blues win ball attack the goal.
