Setup- Mark out three 5x5 squares. 4 players per square. 3 in possession, 1 defender.
Description- 3v1 rondo with one side open. 3 min rondo, 1 min activation, 3 min rondo, 1 min activation

Description- A pass to B then to C. B should be moving and not static. A and C remain on their toes. If players are standing still, coach will become defender.

Setup- Mark out a circle. Same 4 groups of 3 players as in prior practice. 1 player from each team inside the circle, 2 on the outside.
Description- Players inside the circle should use the space to move. Players outside the circle should also be moving into open spaces. After 5 minutes unopposed, make one team defenders who defend only inside the circle. If passing teams aren’t successful against 3 players, remove 1 or 2 defenders.

Setup- Mark out two pitches 15x20, each with a small goal at both ends, and three marked channels/lanes. Two teams of 3 at each pitch.
Description- 3v3 games with constraint. Players MUST remain in their lanes. Ball played out of bounds is replaced by a new ball. Play 4 min, water break, play 4 min, water break and rotate teams, play 4 min, water break, play 4 min. (Emphasize intensity of effort with short periods of play.)
