Technical (Unopposed)
Organization:
-Attackers split into two lines
-Ball for each player
Instructions:
- First attacker dribbles out around cone then shoots on goal between the orange cones and posts
- Players then switch lines to work both feet
Coaching Points:
- Head up to observe position of orange cones and goal
- Ankle locked, toe down
- Contact with laces
- Knee over the ball
- 2nd knuckle of big toe
- Non kicking foot placed next to the ball
Progressions:
Have a time limit on start of run towards goal

Technical (Opposed)
Organization:
- 6 or 8 players
- Coach with the balls
Instructions:
- Coach passes in the ball for players to run onto
- Attackers attack the ball two going at a time
- First player to reach the ball has a strike at goal
Coaching Points:
- Angle of approach
- Body weight over the ball
- Contact with the laces
- 2nd knuckle of big toe
- Observe target
- Follow through with kicking foot

Finishing SSG
5v5 game and 2 goalkeepers
The teams take it in turn to shoot at the goal. The player passing must pass the ball to the edge of the 18 yard box. The shooter must strike the shot first time. If they do not score then they go to jail. If players are successful and score then they will switch places with the passer. If they score then they can either free a team member from jail or select an opposition player to go to jail (who is there danger player???) The game is over when all players from one team are jailed

Conditioned Game
Organization:
4v4 in grid
Instructions:
- Players must aim to shoot the ball in between the cones and posts to improve accuracy
- Players also receive an extra point if they shoot and score before the white line
- Aside from this the players are free to play
