6 cones, 3 lines, 1 passing player, 1 receiving player, 1 defender, 1 target player
Instructions:
Passing player plays into receiving player who turns with pressure tight, once this happens they play to the target player and then defend. The defender transitions and becomes a support player. The target player combines with the support player to beat the defender.
At this stage the defender is semi-opposed (dance partner).
Coaching Points:
1. Commiting defender
2. Surface playing with
3. Angle/distance of support
4. Playing with correct surface if passing the ball
Progressions:
1. Passing player now defends once the target player gets the ball back after the give and go
2. After receiving player passes they can also defend

Organization:
1 goal, 6 cones, 2 defenders (1 recovering), 2 attackers
Instructions:
Goalkeeper rolls the ball to the receiving player who rolls the defender and plays to either attacker, the player who passes the ball must leave the game, the other player stays and defends.
Coaching Points:
1. Receiving player aknowledging space (can they drive infield)
2. Support player reading movement of player in possession (drive in = overlap)
3. Positive attitude to shooting, create scoring opportunity as quick as possible
Progressions:
1. The passing player now recovers around the cone and then defends
