1, Blue team start with ball inside their half and must keep ball away from white team.
2, Blues can only keep ball inside their half of the pitch
3, If whites win the ball they switch it quickly to their own half for a 4 v 2 advantage.
4, Keep rotating central players (only 2 allowed to chase/defend)
5, Focus on possession, quick movement of ball (ideally 1 or 2 touches), spatial awareness, quality/weight of pass.
