Mirror drill 5x5 -6 sets of 30 seconds, 30 seconds rest
In pairs, player one has to mirror the movement of player two in lateral plane
Focus on change of direction, speed and footwork
Diamond 5x5 - 3 sets of 30 seconds, 30 seconds rest
In fours, forward facing player can take two steps in any direction whilst other 3 players mirror movements
When leading player turns, that person now becomes leader
Line drill - 3 sets of 5, 30 seconds rest
Main focus- footwork in two-legged movements maintaing athletic stance
Frontal, lateral and transverse planes of movement

Arm swings --- Skipping for height --- Skipping for distance
Lateral inbetween jogs: Side step into centre of circle and back out --- Carioca
 High knees --- Butt kickers --- Open/Close gate
Dynamics:
Leg cradle every 2 steps --- Lateral lunges into centre, emphasis on opening gate
Single leg inverted hamstring --- Walking lunge + elbow instep into centre circle
Walking lunge with torso rotation and knee drive --- Â Press up walk into jump + squat
