Instructions:
Players start at big orange cone
Player sprints to get to agility poles, gets through poles, then sprints to yellow cone
As player gets to yellow cone, they decelerate to a jog
Player speeds back up as they get through second set of agility poles then sprints to second yellow cone
Rotate sides afterwards

Organization:
5 cone setup - 5 yards apart
Players line up at start and use cones as reference (for entire team sprints)
Set up as many stations as needed
Instructions:
5-10 repetitions total
:45 seconds -1 minute rest for each player
