Conditions
Max of three touches, then has to pass.
No overhead height
Progrssion
Every teammate has to make a pass of the ball before shooting.
Add gates around pitch to encourage accurate passes. Each time passed through gate 2 extra points.

3) Angle of approach
4) Non-kicking foot alongside ball in a comfortable position
5) strike centre of the ball with inside/outside of foot
6) Firm ankle
7) follow through towards target
Organisation
20x30 outside split into quarters
2 groups of 5, 1 in opposite quarters.
Spare balls in the other two.
3 on the outside, 2 on the inside. Ball starts with the 3.
Simply pass the ball to the player on the inside of square and follow the pass, repeat.
Progressions/Regressions
Can reduce and lengthen the distance of pass on command by using carousel method
Can be used as part of warm up exercise prematch for variety of pass distances
Ask to use different surfaces of the foot if possible, laces/outside
Ask to use less or more touches
Reduce the time taken to run to the end of opposite line
