Organization:
1. 20x20 area set up as shown
2. One ball per player
3. Separate players into two groups
4. One group per side of the field
Instructions:
1. Add a defender, once the player completes Pull Back the defender tries to win the ball. If the attacking player dribbles through the gate, point for their team. If the defender can win the ball and place a foot on it, their team wins the point.
2. Each 1v1 gets 30 seconds
3. Next player begins once the field is clear
Coaching Points:
Pull Back
1. Pull/Drag the ball back with the sole of the foot
2. Turn to the side of which foot is being used (Same shoulder/same foot)
3. Big touch after move to get away from defender
Developments: (Progressions/Regressions)
1. P - Add a goal in place of the gate and allow players to score.
2. P - Add a counter goal so the defender can score a goal if they win the ball

Activity 1 (15 mins)
Organization:
1. 20x20 area set up as shown
2. One ball per player
3. Separate players into two groups
4. One group per side of the field
Instructions:
1. The first player in line will dribble forward to the gate with their right foot.
2. When the player passes through the gate, they will do a Pull Back and begin dribbling to endline gate.
3. Once the player is through the gate, the next player in line can begin.
