- Coach will call out a line's number.
- Player from that line begin to dribble across to the other opposite side.
- Every time Coach shouts "Change!" players change direction back the way they are heading.
- When coach shouts "Go!" Players will race each other towards the way they are facing.
This exercise can be done by just running and then progress to using a ball.

- Player in red starts with ball, Blue defender presses and hold position.
- Red player passes across to teammate, cover over to press and hold aganist the red player.
- The 2nd pass over to the red player triggers the other blue player to press and hold position
The sequince continues up the lane as the blue players alternate pressing and covering.

Dribbling Speed Challenge
- Player starts to dribble the ball to the right side and goes through the cones in a figure of eight.
- Player accelerates to the other side & again goes through the cones in a figure of eight.
- Player then drives to the top & completes another figure of eight
- Player now dribbles to the flat markers to finish exercise.
This exercise is timed to see how quick your players can complete the course and create a leaderboard of all the times.
