BU 11 passing & receiving (30 mins)

Passing & receiving: 8 players, 4 balls, box area 10 x 10

Start with passing & receiving then progress to follow your pass

First pass is through the gate with ball out of feet, do not kick a dead ball, ball most roll

Second pass is to your team mateto the left of the gate, he follows the same passing through the gate and then longer pass to next player

Progress but changing direction and using weaker foot
