1v1 Defending
server (coach) defenders & attackers
server pushes ball out of feet (signals to first defender to take off towards attacker)
attacker receives the ball and tries to beat defender 1v1 and dribble pass the outlined
defender must use the key pointers to be successful
shut down (preasure) slow down (keep a good distance between opponent) sit down (take away an option or side) body (create contact) shield (create space between the opponent and ball) win (keep possession)

2v1 Defending

attacker receives the ball and tries to beat defender 2v1 and dribble pass the 2 outlined goals
