Instructions:
- Teams attempt to play from one target to the other without losing possession for a point.
- If ball exits play, a new ball is played in from the coach.

Instructions:
- Coach plays new ball into area.
- Defending team sends 2 defenders to try to win the ball and play back to their own team for a point.
- Attacking team attempts to complete 5 passes consecutively for a point.
- If ball exits playing area, coach plays new ball into opposite team's area.
Coaching Points:
- Initial shape to keep ball.
- 1st Attacker: Read pressure / split vs. play sideways.
- 2nd Attacker: Pinch / Find split.
- Weight of pass
- Movement to come closer to combine quicker (when split is on).
