Set Up
As shown 15x15x15 triangle maximum 7 players working in each triangle.
Organization

Small Sided Game
-Divide the field into 3 fields (20x20 squares)
-Divide players into 6 teams (4v4 or 3v3)
-the player in possession must make a pass through the gate to a team mate
-one team defends, the other is trying to complete passes inside the games. play for 3 minutes and then switch roles

Transition Game/Bread and Butter!
Three teams of 3 or 4 (A, B, C) and two keepers (X, Y). Team A attacks against keeper Y. If they score, they then quickly try to attack keeper X. At this time, team B leaves the field and takes the place of team C who were the supporting players on the endlines, supporting both teams.
