Speed and Agility
(A) Ladders with 20 yard sprint.
Players will jog to the ladder, navigate the ladder, sprint to the end cone. Jog Back.
(1) One foot in. (2) Two feet in. (3) Diagonal shuffle. (4) Latteral shuffle.
WATER BREAK
(B) B1. Speed Cord Activity
Player 1 wears cord and attempts to sprint across the field. Player 2 provides resistance but still allows player 1 to be able to move. Complete Over and Back. Switch x 2.
B2. Parachute Sprint Activity.
3 Players race each other across the field. Sprint across, Jog back. Repeat x 4.
WATER BREAK
(C) T-Drill Runs
Player starts at the base of the T, sprints to the top center, shuffles to left cone, shuffles to right cone, shuffles left to center cone, sprints backwards to start position. Move to C2. Repeat x 6

Teams play 3v3. First team to score gets a break and next team is on.

Rondo (25 mins)
(1) Circular Passing (3 min), Jumping Jacks (30 sec)
(2) Pass and Move. Player follows the pass (5 min), Knee pulls (30 sec), Quad Stretch (30 seconds)
(3) Combination Pass. Player passses the ball across circle, goes to middle, receiving player one touches the ball back to center. Passing player lays ball off to a different receiver. (5 min). Calf Stretch (30 sec)
(4) Juggling. Players try to keep the ball off the ground by juggling for as long as possible (How many). If the ball hits the ground, start again. (5 min)
(5) Keep Away: (6v2) or (7v3) (5 min)
