Organization
Three blues play against three reds in a central area of 20 x 30 yards
with two end zones as shown that are 3-4 yards deep
Instructions
The teams play to the same colored target player. The teams can use the opposite color target as support player. Players look to combine to spring a player into the end zone. Targets must stay on the line. They cannot come into the field, nor can they score or play balls directly into the end zone. The targets are used as a “bumper.” The three attackers can use the target to lay the ball off and then spring a player into the end zone.
Coaching Points
-Maintain possession under pressure.
-Utilize the support play to maintain possession.
-Find the right “moment” to play the ball through into the end zone.
-Do not force the play.
-Encourage creativity.
-Encourage three-player combinations.

Organization:
2 teams of 4 players or depending on the numbers of players for the session. Have a grid of 30x35 with 2 end zones
Instructions:
The team in possession of the ball will pass the ball in the grid and will have to decide when it is best to go ahead and penetrate to the end zone. The team in possession will have to be patient in making such decision. The team defending will go ahead and pressure the possession team and try to do the same. To score the team in possession needs to pass the ball in the end zone to a running player.
