Football/Soccer Session (Difficult): 7 v 6 Press and Counter

7 x 6 (30 mins)

Play 7 v 6 in the one box and as soon as the oposition intercept they have to get the ball to their player in te other box.

Then every player but one follows and starts the 6 v 7 game again.

Once one of the following two triggers have happen the attacker can break out and atempt to score one on one with the keeper.

16 conesitive passes

As soon as the Ball hav been pass twice in consective sides te attacker counters (A = Attacker/Striker).

Blue line in middle could use Poles as three target pass throughs
