Two teams, everyone has a number. During play, the coach calls out numbers for one team  (ex. 1, 3). These numbers players have to sprint around a flag/mannequin before rejoining the game. 

The team in the attack is now numbers up and the team without the ball have to squeeze the field, get behind the ball, delay, prevent being scored on before their teammates can return
