20x20y grid, 6v3 posession in grid outside players stay on the outside, 10 passes gets the offensive teams a point, if the defense wins the ball then they can find coach for a point, rotate the defenders and keep score. Progression; when players pass the ball to the outside, then they must replace the player on the outside and outside player comes into the inside.

Set Up: as above
Description: Controlled switch possession. 4v2 (Adjust numbers to fit numbers of players) In one grid with the other 3 defenders in small middle grid. 5 blues try to keep possession for the purpose to penetrate through the middle to get into final grid to yellows, Allow 1 yellow player at a time to get into middle third to link to final third, if successful they get a point. Keep score. Switch roles of the defenders every 3 minutes.

4v2 into 5v3 in final third. 4 attackers can pass or dribble into final third to create finishing opportunites.

3v3 (+neutrals) to goal.
Play starts in the middle with the 3v3. The aim of the game is for the 3 to find a pass to their target player, then defenders and attackers can get involved in final third. Red are neutral. The neutrals are used to help keep possession and to teach about being patient in attack.
