Set Up
Area is 20 x 20 yards (Multiple areas) with Triangles on 2 opposing sides
Rules and Conditions
Play 4 v 4 With 4 players around the outside (add neutrals for difficult numbers).
Players get a point for every 5 passes connected without losing the ball. change team roles when one team gets to 3 points.

Half Field
Mark off Last 25 yards of each end.
Split field in half vertically.
Rules and Conditions
Players movement not restricted.
Players can play a maximum of 4 passes in each vertical half before moving the ball to the next vertical half.
In final 25 yards players play unrestricted.

Area 30x20 yard grid with lines of cones seperated every 5yards.
Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Some resistance band exercises have been included.
