Coach gives each player a number (1-X)
Coach calls number(s)
Player(s) have to run from halfway, through the middle of back of the goals.
Coach serves ball to the attacking team and that player has to try and dribble it past the defender. Scoring in either of the goals.
Each team take it in turn to be the attacking side.
Progression/Regression
Gates are placed into the defending half and if the attacker dribbles through a gate its extra 3 points, even if they don't score in the goal.
2v1 situations (attackers vs defence/ defence vs attack) dependent on ability.
