Press Defence: Steal the ball, forehand and backhand

Player 1 passes the ball. Player 2 runs with the ball staight on. Player 1 runs from behind and steals the ball. No slashing, keep the stick low.

Press Defence 2: Inside closed

1. The ball is going outside and 2. the player run the press. He must keep the inside closed an pressure on the ball. Then they play a 2 vs 2.

Press Defence 3: Backhand Shaving

1. The pass goes outside and player 1 runs the press and tries to steam the ball with a low sweep. If that works the they play a 2 vs 2.

Focus on the steal and first do it slow and later on at full speed.
