Training 1 - Warm Up Pattern Passing
DESCRIPTION:
6 players x 1 groups & 8 players x 3 groups (Or 7
20 x 20 - Passing Pattern - Total 20 mints (6 mints x 3 + 2mints rest btw)
Type 4
* A - Inside Touch , Inside Pass to B
* B - Front foot set back to A
* A - Move up to use right foot deep pass to C
* C - V touch to set the pass to D
* D - Front foot set back to C
* C- Deep pass to A
Type 2
# A - Outside Foot , Inside Foot Pass Using Same Foot
# B - Inside Foot Deep Touch Inside - Inside Touch and Passsing Using Same Foot ( Drop back and forward , big touch)
