Advanced/ Intermediate groups
Set Up: 30x30y grid.
Description: One group plays east to west, other group plays north to south, unopposed (no defending). Rotate the target players every minute. Target players stay outside the grid.
Coaching Points:
1. create passing lanes
2. movement off the ball.
3. Communication
Progression: Make on player on opposing team a defender that can pressure the ball. Limit the number of touches to move the ball quicker.

Set Up: 30-40W x 20-30L Adjust size to ability of players
Description: 4v2 in the attack, red always starts with the ball. red players stay on the field in wide areas, but can go anywhere they want during the game, (try to get them to have starting positions wide). If the blue team wins the ball they can counter to small goal. When goal is scored or ball goes out of bounds 4 (2 from each side) new players come in and start another game. Switch the teams roles after 3-4 minutes.

Set Up: 30L x 40W or bigger if ability and space permits.
Description: 3v2. Play starts with the GK 2 outside backs and center mid back (red) in the attack try to build and score in 3 small goals. blue defenders can score on big goal if they win the ball.

Warm- Up (15 mins)
Set Up: 8x8yard grids, several set up so all players are working.
Description: In groups of 3 in a pentagon they must pass then quickly move an open side, start with unlimited touch, make sure they don't always go in a pattern, they can pass back to the person they recieved it from. So players will pass and then have to move quickly to create angle of support.
Points:
1. first touch towards next target
2. accurate pass
3. movement and communication
4. body position to open body
5. pasing with inside of foot, and recieve with inside of foot.
