Small-sided Activity- 1v1's and 4v2's Emphasis on combining(20min)
1v1- Focus on immediate pressure, angle of approach and stern tackles
4v2- work on moving the ball fast, turns into attacking the weak side (Empty space or find 1v1's)
Players on the attack must connect 5 passes before scoring. Defensive players can score immediately if they gain possesion. If the 4 attackers get scored on they must perform shuttles 5 cones 10yds apart
Expanded small sided 4v4 + 2 Neutrals
Teams must connect 5 passes to be able to score
Expand in length and width to provide support. Focus on 1and 2 touches to find weakness or isolation
