Main Activity 1 (10 mins)
Organization:
1. Team split into 4 groups of 3, adjust to team size or space
2. Four soccer balls
3. Four squares of 10 x 10 yards each
Instructions:
1. Players receive a number from 1 to 3
2. A 2v1 keep away game goes on for 1-2 minutes.
3. All # ones go on at the same time in their respective grid, evry 1-2 minutes players rotate #2 goes on and then # 3.
4. If defender intercepts the ball is a point for him/her, if other 2 players connect 4 passes is a point for them.
Coaching Points:
1. Angle to pass
2. Move of the ball
3. Thinkg ahead 2-3 seconds
4. Check shoulders to be aware of space, and teammates
