Rondo Combinations (part 1)
Set Up: As shown and numbers dictate size of area
3 teams of equal numbers. 2 teams keeping possession from the other team.
Must use the team on the outside before the ball can be spread across into the other zone.
Only the team in possession on the inside can play the ball across as well.
Objective: Can we get combinations in quickly before switching play. The neutral team are on the outside of the box looking to provide supporting options to the attacking team. Whichever team gives the ball away must switch roles with the defensive team.

Rond Combinations (part 2)
Rondos/Combinations - 3 teams of equal numbers.
Illistration shows Yellow Players - Defenders / Blue Players - Neutral-Support Players / Red Players - Attackers
Red stay in thier box, Blue can enter any box, Red decide to stay or enter other boxes.
Objective: maintain possession in the boxes via the use of creating overload and isolation situations. There will be one team with their players locked into boxes. Then the supporting teams players who are neutral players can go and move into other boxes to create bigger overloads and isolations. The other team (defending) must try and win the ball back. The team that becomes the defensive players will be the team that gives the ball away. For example if the Neutral players give the ball away then they will be the ones to switch with the defensive players and not the Attackers.
Neutral players can go and join in other boxes. This leaves the defender in the box where the neutral player has just vacated with a decision to either go in and make the overload smaller but leave his man isolated with loads of space or leave the overload area smaller and try and prevent passing lanes into the man he is following. The defender can only go in and help out if a Neutral player from his box goes however.
