Simple drill, players inside the center circle must receive the ball on a half turn (or in any changed direction) and players outside of the circle must keep moving to find a pass from a player inside of the circle. Players outside of the circle must keep moving as their focus is partially fitness based. No cones needed.
Progressions: Obvious changes such as maximum 2 touches, use the weaker foot etc. Some less obvious examples include changing the type of pass (get the player running onto the ball, lift the ball off of the floor and experiment with different types of passing. Varying the way you operate this drill will challenge every player within your team.
