SET UP: 4 Poles in a square zone of 6 x 6 (approx vary according t skill & age)
AIM:Short passing - 1st touch , with ANGLED movement & passing
HOW: Player A starts sequence with a pass to Player B, who moves to recieve pass INSIDE the zone, Player C, at same time moves OUTSIDE zone to create an angle, to get the next pass from Player B, - Player C then plays a pass to Player A (who stays in same postion) , and sequence starts again but next pass goes to Player C 1st, and player B moves to create angle.
After 3 sets on each side, players all swap positions. Providing regular rotations
COACH POINTS: Intensity, quality passing, scanning as moving, weight of passing, be ready for next pass

HOW: Player A starts sequence with a pass to Player C (who starts at bottom of zone as illustrated in middle) A then plays a 'dump' pass to B, who moves into middle of zoe to receive pass
C then moves out of the zone to get the next pass from B (an angled pass ) and then Player C passes back to Player A, for sequence to recommence , and change sides the pass from B to C goes to.
After 3 sets on each side, players all swap positions. Providing regular rotations
Rotate each side of the zone last pass goes to (ie outside zone on left & right)
