Organisation
Set up as shown with the server approx 8-10 yards away from the cones.
Another group sets up opposite approx 25 yards away but does the same practice (not shown).
Work for 2 minutes then rotate.
How to Play
The server passes to player 1, standing just outside the first marker (A), player 1 receives the ball and with first touch moves it in between the markers and passes back to the server.
Player 1 then moves through the markers to receive a short pass (B), which he returns to the server before pushing backwards through the markers to repeat the initial exercise.

As previous exercise but when player 1 gets to the opposite side he started from (C), he passes to the server who stops the ball and player 1 runs forward.
Repeat this sequence until they are at the opposite group and then work again.

Organisation
Set up as shown, use both halves of the pitch if numbers are big enough. (Mirror practice)
How to Play
Player 1 passes square to Player 2 and makes an overlapping run.
Player 2 passes to Player 3 in the middle who can lay the ball off either side.
The ball is then played out to Player 4 to restart the sequence.
The above sequence is mirrored with the other players from the other end (2 balls in play).

Organisation
Set up pitches as shown (with a smaller distance between them).
Ideally, teams of 3 - 1 of the pitches uses both goalkeepers.
3 teams per pitch.
4x 6 minutes with 2 minutes recovery.
Teams change pitches after each time period.
How to Play
On Pitch 1
Teams try to score by taking or passing the ball, under control, into the end zone where they retain possession to attack the opposite end.
The team conceding, IMMEDIATELY, leave the pitch to be replaced by the team on the side, who defend the opposite end zone.
On Pitch 2
Teams try to score in the goal and if successful, retain possession to attack the opposite goal.
The team conceding the goal, IMMEDIATELY leave the pitch to be replaced by the team on the side who defend the free goal.
