Organization:
20x30 yard area
Two teams of 6
Enough balls for each player
Instructions:
- First player on one team starts as attacker while first player on second team is defender
- For the first match-up, defender cannot go until attacker takes first touch forward
- Attacker must make it to the end-zone and stop the ball in the end-zone to score a point (can only score on offense); match-up is over
- If defender kicks the ball out of play, or prevents the attacker from stopping the ball in the end-zone, the match-up is over
- Once the match-up is over, attacker immediately turns to become defender as other team now comes out as attacker
- If match-up takes too long, limit each to 20 seconds
Coaching Points:
- Head up to observe space

Organization:
20x30 area
Instructions:
1. 8 players in each area, divided into 2 teams of 3 with GK's at either end
2. Player starting with the ball comes out to initiate a 1v1 match-up
3. Three scenario outcomes for 1v1 match-up
If attacker scores - attacker and defender exit the field of play - attacker's teammate dribbles out starting a new match against new defender (make it/take it).
If attacker shoots and misses the net - the defensive team now becomes the attacking team, and the next person in the line dribbles out to start the match-up as the new attacker - the attacker who missed their shot will stay on the field as the defender, and looks to immediately press the other player high up the field.
If the ball goes out of play (not from a shot) during the match-up, both players exit the field, and the team that was on defense has the next player in line dribble out to start the match-up.
Coaching Points:
1. Head Up-View Area
2. Select controlling surface
Progressions:
1. 1 player attacks the goal with a ball - At the other end their opponent defends. Objestive is to get close to their goal as possible
2. After initial shot the coach plays in another ball for a 1v1 situation to score in the opposite goal
