6 minutes endurance excercise

Players use time in coned box as rest on a slow jog passing the ball too one another.

 

On the coaches whistle the players must sprint round any one of the four poles in the corners of the half pitch and return back into the square within 10 seconds

 

30 seconds in coned area for rest in between sprints
