Organisation (brief description of session):
Focusing on attacking game understanding having three numbered target players (T) serving the ball into the attaking principle. Attacking team can use T to support the game play.
Teams & targets will be rotated through out the practice.
Learning Objectives:
Technical:
The ability to recivethe ball side on if possible to go forward in one touch.
Tactical:
Shape of O&X when defending & attacking (team shape)
Physical:
The agility & balance in finding constant space & positions to play forward.
Psych/ Social:
Looking to develop concentration during the practice. Also communication verbal & non verbal.
Coaches Comments:
The skills of recognising body positions & applying the attacking principles worked well. The players enjoyed the session aswell as focusing on the technical aspects. Will look to progress the main drill in the future.
