Organization:
1.40 x 20 yard area set up as shown
2.8 players set up as shown
3.4 balls (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1.Divide the group into two, four players on each side 10 yards apart
2.Place a cone between the two players, 10 yards from player to cone 20 yards overall
3.Pass ball through gate as many times as possible
Coaching Points:
1.Head up to observe target
2.Ball contact - middle
3.Ankle locked, toe pointed up
Progressions:
P – Players can score double points if they are able to play a 1 touch
R – Decrease the distance between player and cone

Instructions:
-Divide the group into two, four players on each side 10 yards apart
-Place a cone between the two players, 10 yards from player to cone 20 yards overall
-Place a ball on top of the cone
-The game is to see how many times a player can knock the ball off the cone using various passing techniques
-If player a knocks the ball of the cone then they replace the ball back on top of the cone while their partner gets ready

Progressions:

-4 small goals
-2 Grids, 12 players, 4 teams
-Balls piled in between each small goal
-Area as shown
Instructions:
-Each Team has two small goals to score on
-3 Minutes Round Robin (each team plays each other once)
-Goals are scored by passing ball through gated (shaded) area
-Defenders cannot be in or defend shaded area

Progressions:
-Score with one touch pass into goal
-Create further distance from where players can score (ie -have to pass (score) in their own half)

Warm Up - Dynamics & Ball Mastery
Organization:
-Every player has a ball
-Grid as large as needed for players to have ample space
Instructions:
-All players dribble around the grid performing specific technical footwork (dribble cuts, base system, roll overs, etc).
-Coach commands players to perform specific dynamic movement around grid (high knees, lunges, quad flex, etc). Then players then go back to technical footwork.

-Eye, feet coordination
-balance and body control
-proper skill technique with ball
