This is a 4v4+3 counter-pressing positional game. Three blue players are always in possession. The grey and the pink play against each other. Whoever is in possession will play with the blue players to create a 7v4.

This is a 11v11 activity. A mid-block is displayed. The grey area represents the space we want to defend. There's a line of engagement which is in front of the yellow box. However, we also have a priority. The priority is to defend the grey area. The opponent shouldn't be able to play passes within the central area. Once the ball goes wide, we look to apply pressure. Pressure is key within the mid-block. We aren't dripping and performing a deep block.
