The Drill
Once the ball has been won, the reds will play it across to zone A. Four members of the blue team will move across to win the ball and play it back to the two waiting players in zone B.
What are we learning? The learning is the same. The reds will now be playing in transition so have won the ball back but will now have to keep it. They will have fewer options in the first part of the transition as both reds and blues will be flooding the area so will have to solve the problem of how they are going to keep the ball until reds can settle in and keep the ball.

The Drill
- 1 Ball- Reds are looking to win the ball off the blues. Numerically they are at a disadvantage as two reds are waiting in zone A to receive the ball once the reds have won it. What are we learning? The blue team should be keeping possession comfortably as they have a numerical advantage. Reds will need to press intelligently to win the ball back with curved runs to bock a passing lane into a blue whilst pressing the red player and reducing the options and space to work in.
