Pass & Moving (Warm-up)
Players are paired up for the warm-up. When in pairs players will pass and move in their pair between each other.
Progression 1 - Players are numbered 1-2 the player that I call must leave their partner and find another they leave the ball. Once in a new pair, players start passing and moving again.
Progression 2 - Number called must find a new partner and take the ball. Once in a new pair, players start passing and moving again.
Progression 3 - Players make 10 passes as fast as they can in their pairs. When done they must kneel down to show then are done. Once this is done, they swap players can go again.
