d makes a shadow pressure to start on c.
Rotation: a to b, b to c , c to d and d to a .
Group 2 : Play starts with k to o , o to k , k to m, m to l , l to n , n crosses.
Rotation : k to l, l to m, m to n , n to o, o to k.
Rewards : Goal scored counts 1 for the group. Set up 2x7 minutes of competition.
Switch groups after 7 minutes.
