Players will be dribbling in a box working on different cut backs. If the players run into each other they are down for 3 push ups. Box size should be a 10 x 10 with about 8 players in each box. Encourage players to dribble and cut back with both feet.
Step on the ball and push back 3 min

Cut Back with a fake shot 3 min
Cut Back with the outside of the foot 3 min
A double tap (hit it with the left inside to the right inside when you hit it with the right inside you push it behind you) 3 min
Step on the ball and do a 180 degree turn to change directions 3 min

The coach will play the ball into space and the red player will sprint to the ball and use any cut back as the blue player arrives, The blue player can only start to try once the cut back is made, then he is allowed to steal it. The red player tries to cut back and use a burst of speed to finish the goal, they switch lines.

Partner passing rolling the ball with the top of the foot, the other player traps the ball with the top of the foot then roles back 2 min
Dribble in a circle around your partner using the inside of your foot 20 touches then switch
