Technical: Warm Up
Set up 4, 8x8 Skill squares set out as above. Each square has its own skill which the boys perform while in that area. At times the boys will need to perform a turn which will also be set to the skill square. After 2 minutes the boys are asked to rotate clockwise into the new skill square to work on the new skill. Repeat as needed.
1- Toe taps ( Forwards, backwards) - Drag back turn
2 - Touch, Touch Roll- Cryuff
3 - Inside/Outside ( from one foot to the other ) - L Turn
4 - Freedom - Be creative

- V Cut
- Inside, Inside , Sole role
- Body triangles
- Push-Pulls

Technical: Semi-Opposed
Blue team starts with the ball. Both players are on train tracks and unable to cross each others paths.
Blue wins by stopping the ball in an end zone without the opposition being in there.
Defender is live on blue's first touch.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of first touch (Direction - towards goal, Weight)
- Awareness of defender's position
- Be positive, attack goal if possible
- Decision, Turn or Stop start to lose the defender
- Protect the ball with your body

Technical: Fully Opposed
1. One team attacks first
2. Defender begins with ball and passes across to attacker who dribbles towards defender and attempts to beat him with a move
3. If attacking player dribbles the ball (control) through gates they receive 1 point.
4. If defending player wins the ball, they attempt to score by shooting into goals
5. After 1 min, teams switch sides and roles (defending to attacking & vice versa)
Coaching Points:
1. Dribble towards defender at speed
2. Timing of move
3. Accelerate past defender into open space
4. Be creative while attempting to beat defender

Scrimmage:
6v6. Set requirements or restrictions of ball mastery activities that were taught previously. Make freezes when necessary and make coaching points on ball mastery technique and positioning. Encouragement of trial and error. Practice crossing and finishing.
