Structure:
Player E and F receive the ball in the cicle. E starts by receiving a ball from A and scoring using the blow technique. E then has to run and touch cone 1 whilst F receives a ball from B and scores using the blow. F touches cone 2 whilst E receives a ball from C and scoring with the blow. E touches cone 1 again whilst F receives a ball from D. Players A and B pass the ball to each other until player in circle is ready to receive the ball. Both players must receive open, facing the goal and pass using the disguised push under the shoulder or the backstick rake. Same applies to players C and D.
Pointers:
Exercise is to be completed in rapid fire succession.
Be aware of technique once fatigue starts to set in.
Receive in an area of the box that allows you to have good angles in order to score.
Passes must be made to the players right foot in order to allow a quick shot.
One touch to control and one touch for the blow.
Variation:
- Allow more than two touches
+ Coach calls out where the pass comes from and whether player must run to cone 1 or 2

Bend knees and get hands low so that you can get under the ball and scoop it forward with an explosive movement.
Variation:
- Dribble on the FH
+ Add a semi active defender

Structure:
Player A passes to player B. B then passes to C who receives the ball closed and then scores using the blow technique. Players rotate by following their pass.
Pointers:
Grip: the right hand is halfway down the stick (lower than normal)
The left hand will turn the stick (as usual) and the ball is played by an explosive movement with the right hand with the head of the stick / backhand going towards the target.
At the moment of impact, the ball is in front of the right foot
In the forward swing the stick should not be lifted more than 20 inches from the ball (short, sharp movements)
Scooping action that can be related to digging with a spade.
Variation:
- Score low in the goals and reduce explosiveness of the movement.
+ Score high and in the far corner inceasing explosiveness of movement.
