Set up:

3 teams of 3 players each

3v1 into 3v1

Grid size: 

Grids A & B both 12m x 6m

Grid C (middle grid) 12m x 3m

Organisation:

5 passes in grid A before switch ball to Grid B

Repeat in Grid B before switch ball back to Grid A

Opposition:

Start outside of Grid C
1 player comes in to Grid A to create a 3 v 1

When ball is switched to Grid B he steps out & another players comes in to Grid B

Notes:

Play for 3 minutes & swap team on outside
