Organization:
1. Players distributed evenly at corners as shown.
2. Every player with a ball.
3. Central square is 5x5.
4. Starting position at corner is 10-15yds from closest cone in middle.

1. First player from each white team runs through square upon making eye contact.
2. As soon as they are out of the square, the first players from blue group do the same.
3. Process repeats for set time (2-3 minutes).
4. Players must perform feint at red cone before running through square.
Coaching Points:
1. Connection with teammate - eye contact.
2. Weight and direction of first touch - positive (into space).
3. Speed of approach - slow down as you get close to target.
4. Technical execution of feint and double feint.
5. Timing of feint/double feint.

Directions:
1.split into teams of 3-4 depending upon numbers
2. set up cones about 15-20 yds apart from each other with a ball on top of each cone.
3. To start, one player starts by attacking a defender 1v1 and trying to knock one of the opponents balls off the cone.
4. the player who just kicked the ball now becomes the defender, and a new player speed dribbles the ball to try to knock a ball of their opponents cone.
5. The game goes back and forth until one of the teams has knocked off all their opponents balls from the cones.
Coaching Points:
1. taking a positive first touch into space past the defender.
2. Keeping the ball close enough to where you have control but still dribbling with speed.
3. Think about taking a preperation touch while dribbling right before you kick the ball for accurate passing.

Dribbling and RWB:
Set up two sets of goals. The Red player runs the ball into scoring zone then finishes. As soon as the red player finished the next blue player starts with the ball and attempts to score on one of th other two goals. The red player that just finished immediately becomes and defender and applies pressure to the blue player.
Try to run with the ball and score as quickly as possible without losing the ball to the defender.
Coaching Points:
If you’re next, try to anticipate when you have an opportunity to attack space in front of you.
Try to keep your head up when running with the ball
