Defensive Team to Offer only Passive Resistance when not in Possession ( MUST NOT ATTEMPT TO TACKLE THE OPPOSITION, CAN ONLY SHADOW/INTERCEPT PASS ) Team in Possesion cannot dribble in to Zones, ball must be passed into each Third.

1. Red Player Passes Ball To Central Blue Player ( Blue player is Facing Red Player )
2. On Receiving Ball, Blue Player Performs Half Turn ( Shoulders Now In Line With 2 Outside Red Players. Controls Ball with Back Foot ( Left or Right Depending on Direction of Turn )
3. Blue Player Now Passes Ball To opposite Red Player, With Opposite Foot Player Received Ball. ( If Player Recived Ball with Left Foot, ( Back Foot )Then The Pass Is To Be Made With The Right Foot )
Process is Then Repeated 6 Times, Player inside to Alternate Which Back Foot He Receives Ball and Passes with Other.
