Organization:

Instructions:
- Attackers attempt to keep possession.
- Defenders attempt to win the ball and dribble out.
- If defender wins possession, attacker who made mistake becomes defender, defender replaces attacker.
Coaching Points:
- Ability to read pressure, recognize amount of touches.
- Recognition to play away from pressure.
- 2nd attackers recognition to pinch, create lane to receive on back foot.
- Disguise, Quality of pass.

Instructions:
- Attacking team attempts to play as many consecutive passes without losing possession.
- Defending team attempts to win the ball and do the same.
- Play for 1.5 minutes, team with highest consecutive passes record wins.
Coaching Points:
- 1st Attacker: Ability to read pressure, decision making
- 2nd Attacker: Timing of movements as ball travels to create angles / space / gaps
- 3rd Attacker: Timing of movements away as ball travles, into gaps when teammate looks to play if needed (switch play / stretch game or find pocket to connect).

Instructions:
- Teams play 5v5+3 to 2 of the four goals.
- If ball exits sideline, kick in from where the ball went out.
- If goal is scored or ball goes over endline, ball starts from coach
Coaching Points:
- Initial team shape; Stretch width / depth (1-3-1).
- 1st Attacker: Can I go forward, sideways, backwards.
- 2nd Attacker: Recognition to get underneath ball for switch of play (or create lanes centrally)
- 3rd Attacker: Stretching field, timing of movements to get to feet / in behind.
